Office admin and Coordinator

Tripoli, Libya


The Recruitment Intern will help with all duties as assigned. It is his/her sole responsibility to assist Moomken Team in everything to be the future coordinator for the Organization. 


·       Engineering degree preferred but any major welcome to submit.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (other language skills a benefit); 
Comprehensive capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook express) with Windows 7 operating system; 
The ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines; 
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines; 
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·       Planning & Organizing – Ability to manage, organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines. ·       Judgement – Demonstrated ability to apply good judgement and decision making skills. ·       Teamwork – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity. ·       Communications – Strong spoken and written communication skills. Project Management Skills. Excellent Organization skills   ·       Problem solving – Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle a range of management, coordination, and technical issues. ·       Professionalism – Ability to represent the organization at the highest levels.


·       Office Administration Activities (Call Answer, Letter preparation, Documentation & filing, Stationary management, office management). ·       All communication related to office management ·       Manage all logistic related to any projects. ·       Prepare and schedule meeting with clients and visitor. ·       Follow up with management activities ·       Supervision of office utilities ·       Assisting in the coordination and implementation, for Moomken Projects. ·       Providing translation services where necessary to the team and coordination of the team activities. ·       Update media Moomken channels (FP page and Website). ·       Write reporting English and Arabic
